and two European private bankers in raising 50 million dollars to launch a 6 nation European television production company. We raised 20 million at a number of meetings and social gatherings in Amsterdam, Munich, Paris, Madrid and London partly through enlisting the help of well known directors, producers and performing artists. Then we raised 30 million | in New York at just three gatherings, one at the New York Yacht Club, at the Harvard Club and at the Princeton Club (organised by our associates who are club members). We approached a total of 92 potential investors, giving each a prospectus. Investors received common shares. European units now in EBU.. |
