This is how our offer to you might look:
Following initial evaluation of your (·) company from which we determine that we can help you to survive the recession and thereafter to grow; and it is mutually in our interest that we do so: we will enter into a short provisional agreement with you. During its brief term we will prove the assumptions you have given us, consider with you what measures might be quickly implemented in order to stabilize the company, and through our associates and partners come up with an operating credit facility (usually 8-12% of your annual turnover). At the closing - which normally would occur within 45 days of the first meeting - the credit facility will be executed, we will take a secondary position on all your assets [primary on anything not already encumbered], Know that our primary collateral will be shares of the company
