Giving birth under 15 presents the mother with a 5 times greater risk of mortality than for those over 20 - it is the single greatest killer of adloescent girls in the third world. We rescue them (the culpret often lives in their own house) and we give them a wide range of services and attention they would not have received had we not goten to them. The result is beautiful.
