pay €360 if you have been accepted for one month (or any part
of a month), €720 if you have been accepted for two months,
€1,080 if you have been accepted for three months, €1,950
if for six months, €2,850 if you have been accepted for one
year. Payment must be received not less than 90 days prior
to arrival.
